Assistant On-Boarding (Kerobokan) — Bali Management Villas

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
2. Minimum 2 years in villa/hotel operations, with prior experience as Housekeeping Supervisor required
3. Proven experience in villa set-up or property onboarding is a strong advantage
4. Excellent English proficiency (verbal & written) for direct communication with villa owners
5. Strong communication skills to liaise with owners, guests, and internal teams
6. Detail-oriented with good understanding of housekeeping standards and villa presentation
7. Well-organized, able to manage multiple onboarding projects
8. Proactive and able to work independently
