- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards and meets health and safety regulations
- Manage kitchen budgets and maintain cost control without compromising on quality
- Work closely with the management team to forecast and monitor kitchen expenses
- Create innovative and exciting new menus that align with the Company’s brand and customer expectations
- Regularly update the menu to reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends
- Ensure all food is cooked and served promptly
- Maintain rigorous standards for food quality and presentation
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Proven at least 3 years of experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar role
- Excellent in written and spoken English communication
- Extensive knowledge and experience in preparing western dishes
- Proven ability to manage and lead a kitchen team effectively
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in preparing gluten-free dishes would be a plus
