A Scuba Company in Ketewel, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Assistant (Full-time) Responsibilities: - Assist with the owner’s business operations in his absence as well as ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
- Monitor and address any maintenance needs as well as coordinating repairs as required
- Be available to travel to remote locations 2-3 times a year to support operations on-site
- Thrive in a dynamic work environment where some days are busier than others, as well as managing tasks effectively during high-demand periods
- Assist with boat-related operations and ensure coordination between different teams

Job Requirement

- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent in written and spoken English communication
- Proven experience working as an Operations Assistant or in a similar role
- Proven experience in a managerial role with the ability to handle operations independently
- Ability to take initiative and handle tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced often unpredictable environment
- Willingness to travel to remote locations as needed
