We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented and objective Corporate Auditor to support the establishment, development and evaluation of our internal control systems across financial reporting, compliance and business operations. The Corporate Auditor will be responsible for planning and conducting internal audits, assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management and internal controls, identifying areas of weakness or potential risk, and recommending practical corrective actions and improvements.
The successful candidate will bring a systematic, independent and objective approach to reviewing our processes and controls, while working collaboratively with management and stakeholders across the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in internal audit, external audit, accounting or a related field.
• Good knowledge of accounting software, Microsoft Excel/spreadsheets and other relevant business systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal reporting skills.
• Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, ACCA or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, audit processes and financial reporting.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to assess risks objectively and develop practical solutions.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with different teams.
