- 2 yrs min experience in the similar position at Hotel
- Proven experience in managing F&B Operations, both F&B Product and F&B Service.
- Experienced as a F&B Head of Department preferred
- Familiar with P&L, Budgeting, & Food Costing
- Relevant education background preferred
- Capable in conduct training, & implement the SOP
- Creative, innovative, have an organization & management skill
- Microsoft Office proficient (Word & Excel)
- Placement at Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
