• Male or female
• Minimum 2 years experience as an F&B Supervisor in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Able to work under pressure and in shifts
• Good understanding of restaurant and banquet operations
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Neat, disciplined, and responsible appearance
• Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office
