Financial Controller — Sango Hotel Management

General Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar position, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Well experienced with Power Pro Hotel PMS system
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of internal control, audit, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with hotel accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
• Able to work effectively with Finance, Operations, and Management teams.
