Floor Captain — Titik Dua Ubud

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
• Experience in restaurant operations, preferably across multiple outlets or within a hotel, resort, or lifestyle hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, ingredients, allergens, service etiquette, and product recommendations.
• Familiarity with restaurant and bar service procedures, POS systems, order taking, billing, and guest handling.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and service coordination skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic understanding of inventory handling, requisitions, breakage reporting, and wastage control.
• Guest-oriented, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
