• Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Sales-oriented, with knowledge of upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Knowledge of hotel products, services, and guest experiences.
• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel reservation and POS systems.
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
