We are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and organized professional to manage our human resources and daily office operations to support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and employee onboarding programs
• Maintain HR administration, attendance tracking, and employment contracts
• Oversee daily office operations, facility maintenance, and licensing
• Support internal employee relations and workplace welfare programs
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Business Management, or related fields
• Maximum age of 30 in 2026
• Minimum 1 years of experience in HR & General Affairs (HRGA)
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law, payroll systems, and BPJS / employee benefits
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experienced in office administration, asset management, and vendor relations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team'
