- Growing merchant community audience and increase engagement through media channels
- Content planning and ideation to serve effective communication on education, brand awareness
- Responsible for comms curration / copywriting and blast execution through media channels
- Report and evaluate on all comms initiatives to determine the impact and effectiveness
- Engage with merchants through community channels
- Required to perform ad hoc tasks as needed by the team to improve overall business
- Working and collaborating across team and stakeholders as part of Jabodetabek merchant operations team
Job Requirement

- S1 (graduated) from reputable university
- Strong communication siklls in both written and spoken English as well as public speaking and presentation skills
- Analytical and critical thinking with strong problem solving skills
- Understand how use Microsoft Office and GSuite and are fluent in the usage of shortcuts, formulas, and pivot tables
- Prior working experience in handling community is desired
