- Direct and oversee all HR strategies and activities to ensure having a high performance organization to meet the Company's objectives with highly competent and motivated employees in a conducive working environment.
- Accountable for planning, developing, managing, monitoring and implementing the strategic and operation activities of Human Resources Management, including recruitment, selection, placement, personnel administration, personnel movement, performance management, training, career development and compliance.
Job Requirement

- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial position in Human Resources
- Fluent in speaking and reading Mandarin
- Proficient in various HR areas, including recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, and talent management
- Familiar with labor regulations and government regulations in mining industry
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of building good relationships with all levels of management and employees
- Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person
