Merchant Operations Staff - Surabaya — Magada & Co

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Having exposure in community engagement and event planning
- Having experience as customer service or similar work experience to handle many merchants
- Having at least one year of experience in areas like Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Community Engagement, or Customer Services, both offline and online
- Tech savvy with social media proficiency that could support them in managing multiple groups of communication and engaging with merchant partners in effective manners.
- Have experience in coordinating / managing team would be an advantage
- Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person
