- Monitor day-to-day process for logistic special project
- Collaboration with stakeholders to report and resolve any problem which happened on logistic special project
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination
- Monitor drivers' and partner's complaints related to delivery on logistic special project
- Actively involved in improvement initiatives from problem identification to Act- Stage
- Monitor day-to-day process for logistic special project
