• Monitor and manage marketing/campaign project within Business Development (BD) department.
• Support the Business Development (BD) team in data collection and analysis, convey the manager’s instructions, and summarize meeting conclusions.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Attend departmental meetings; maintain clear records of strategies and monitor their implementation progress.
• Assist the manager with daily operations and complete assigned tasks, including—but not limited to—competitor research and translation.
• Monitor the progress of departmental strategies and promptly report any issues that arise.
• Effectively facilitate communication between the manager and the Business Development (BD) team, helping the manager obtain necessary feedback quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree or above, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in English, Chinese proficiency equivalent to HSK Level 4 (fluent in Chinese)
• Strong communication skills and basic leadership qualities.
• Experience in project management and administrative work related to marketing department (KOL or Affiliate) is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce industry workflows is an advantage.
