Zentide is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Communication Manager to amplify the "Kaylix" product brand and build Zentide's corporate presence.
Responsibilities :
• Handle end-to-end marketing strategies for Biostimulant (Kaylix) products and Zentide's corporate branding.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, social media ads, and e- commerce channel optimization.
• Act as the company's representative to build and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Lead, brief, and manage third-party vendors (creative agencies, web developers, PR agencies) to ensure project executions align with the company's vision and timeline.
• Monitor market trends and evaluate the ROI of marketing campaigns.
• Design, shoot, and edit engaging digital content (graphics, photos, and videos) for Zentide's social media platforms.
• Manage the digital content calendar and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree Agriculture, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, and managing external agencies.
• Full professional proficiency in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative thinker with strong project management and networking skills.
• Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to thrive within the fast-paced, dynamic, and agile work climate of a startup.
• Experience in B2B or B2C agricultural marketing is a massive plus.
• Willing to be placed in Praya, Central Lombok, Indonesia and travel to other regions for fieldwork.
