At The Phala, every story, experience, and connection play a part in bringing our hospitality brands to life. We are looking for a passionate Marketing Communication Intern who is eager to learn, explore, and gain hands-on experience in hospitality marketing and brand communication.
What You'll Learn & Experience
You will gain hands-on exposure to how a hospitality brand communicates across different touchpoints—from supporting marketing materials and content coordination to working closely with operational departments, organizing creative assets, and helping bring stories, experiences, and ideas to life.
We Would Love to Meet Someone Who
• Is a final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and curious.
• Is genuinely interested in branding, storytelling, hospitality, and guest experiences.
• Is eager to learn and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Is available to undertake an internship placement in Bali.
