We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on individual to strengthen our brand presence, digital communication, and marketing activities across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities :
• Plan and execute marketing and branding activities across digital platforms
• Develop and support e-commerce activities, including product presentation, promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement
• Support marketing campaigns, events, collaborations, and other brand-building initiatives
• Create and coordinate engaging content aligned with the company's brand image and target audience
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant teams when needed
• Maintain professional written communication in both Indonesian and English
• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in related fields
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; English Proficiency Certification is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing
• Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant marketing tools
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and audience engagement
