• Manage the executive’s agenda, meeting schedules, appointments, and activities
• Prepare meeting minutes, documentation of decisions, and action plans
• Serving as a liaison between leadership and internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring and following up on leadership directives and action plans
• Coordinating business meetings, business trips, work visits, and leadership schedules
• Arranging reservations, accommodations, transportation, and other travel needs
• Conducting cross-departmental coordination to support the implementation of leadership’s strategic directives
• Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Administration, Management, Communication, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong administrative and documentation skills
• Skilled in calendar and schedule management, meetings, agendas, and appointments
• Possesses strong communication and time management skills
• Experience coordinating with top management or CEOs is a plus
• Professional, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Able to serve as a professional representative of leadership when communicating with both internal and external parties
• Age: Max. 30 years old
