We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined individual with a strong interest in product quality to join our team as Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities :
• Manage schedules, appointments, and daily activities
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with internal and external parties
• Assist with personal and business-related administrative tasks
• Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and important matters
• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented
• Willing to work flexible hours when required
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Staff is an advantage
