Zentide is looking for a meticulous and driven Production Supervisor to oversee our biostimulant manufacturing floor. You will ensure that our production targets are met efficiently without compromising quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities :
• Create production projection and schedule monthly production based on sales target
• Lead and supervise daily factory operations, ensuring production schedules align with PPIC targets.
• Monitor product quality and ensure all manufacturing processes comply with biotechnology SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Implement and enforce Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols on the production floor.
• Manage production operators, including task delegation, shift scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Responsible for warehouse and shipping products throughout Indonesia.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose continuous improvement strategies to optimize factory budget and workflow.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Solid understanding of production planning, quality control, and K3 (OHS) principles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate production teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on product quality and workplace safety.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to thrive within the fast-paced, dynamic, and agile work climate of a startup.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
• Willing to be placed in Praya, Central Lombok, Indonesia.
