Main Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term brand strategies to maximize retail sales.
• Lead and manage the brand retail team to achieve retail sales goals.
• Ensure brand performance aligns with the strategic direction and brand concept, and be accountable to management.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the business development and merchandising departments in executing retail sales plans.
• Work with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns (both offline and digital) from concept to evaluation.
• Conduct regular 4P analysis, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with retailers, both at the head office and store operational levels.
• Responsible for supply each brand related with leadtimes production, MOQ & Production capacity & commitment.
• Knowledge of QC standards and product specifications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in branding or retail marketing, preferably in the fashion or consumer products industry.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, independent, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a team and manage projects with tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Business Management, or related field).
