Key Responsibilities :
• Manage daily accounting transaction recording in accordance with applicable accounting policies.
• Record, control, and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions and journal entries using appropriate account classifications.
• Prepare and post general ledger journal entries, including accruals, amortization, and adjustments.
• Perform review and reconciliation of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data.
• Oversee the recording, reconciliation/equalization, and preparation of tax obligations, including VAT and income taxes (PPN & PPh), and ensure proper tax reporting.
• Conduct inventory control, reconciliation, and evaluation for finished goods and raw materials to ensure accurate accounting records, including stock opname activities.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, external auditors, tax consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Provide accounting and tax analysis to support informed management decision-making.
• Min Bachelor degree in finance/accounting
• Having Experience min 3 years in related field is required for this position
• Detail oriented, adaptable and good analytical thinking
• Can join ASAP
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, accuracy in daily work
