- Tertiary education in Business or related field with proven experience minimum 2 years
- Transformative approach to leadership & ability to work independently
- Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
- Ability to plan marketing strategy to achieve the Hotel's goals
- Have strong networking with corporate & government agencies in Indonesia
- Ability to present sales proposals for clients as well as to interface with OTAs & offline travel agents
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills & confidence
- Fluency in English & Bahasa Indonesia is essential
