• Memaintance and managing Whatsapps Marketing and Email Marketing for digital marketing needs among others: share infographics, share articles, content, etc.
• Managing Media Promotion/Campaign through Digital Media Promotions among others Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Linkedin with the reach of the programmed countries.
• Planning and implementing settings of Ads Content when necessary.
• Creating and sending offers to customers
• Making a letter of agreement/MOU to Customers
• Seeking event-events through social media (Website, LinkedIn, facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc)
• Forming relationships with old or new customers in the way of new product information, helping to promote products, providing content support, after sales service regarding satisfaction of product sales.
• Make content plans and verify the results of content created by Video Content Freelance.
Qualification
• Min S1 education in Economics, Business or related fields.
• Working experience of at least 2 years in the field of export/import.
• Good knowledge of English, both oral and written.
• Understand the export-import procedures and regulations.
• Master the use of customs system and export documents (invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, etc.).
• Master MS Office (MS. Word/MS Excel/PowerPoint, etc.)
• Understanding Digital Marketing/ Social Media strategies (Website,Linkedin and Whatsapps)
• Good communication skills and ability to work together in a team.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Careful and detailed in doing administrative work.
• Able to work under pressure and manage time well.
• Certificate of training or export-import related courses are added value.
