• Responsible to organize operational activities related to production, order fulfilment, and liaise with team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain standards for reliability of day to day operational performance, and operational supervision
• Production planning and coordinating production activities are according to SOP
• Managing and supervise production team to ensure productions is conducted
• Responsible for stock take and order replenishment to ensure of customer order and operational fulfilment
• Responsible to organize and supervise team members to ensure all operations are according to SOP

• In-depth understanding of production process, industry standards and company policies (ISO 22000, HACCP, BPOM, HALAL, Company SOP)
• Degree in a related field preferred (Food Technologies/ Production Management/ Food Chemical Engineer)
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in supervising/team management
• Willing to be place at Cikole, Lembang, Bandung
