• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivit in order fulfillment.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory management and warehouse processes includes main ining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of incoming and outcoming goods, in quality and quantity checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer concerns.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees
• Minimum Bachelors Degree.
• At least 1 year experience in the same position, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping proc as well as inventory control techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.
• Proficient in data processing and effective presentation using Google Doc Editor or MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational challenges prompt
• Able to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by operational needs
