• Follow up project owner and architect/interior designer as target set, reach new customer and maintain existing customer
• Managing interior projects from making proposal, quotation, site survey, finalizing finishes, creating order list, managing customer payments, supervising delivery and set up
• Collaborate with internal designer, involve calculating with estimator and whole team work to provide project proposal
• Build strategy plan for sales & marketing; manage sales target monthly for closer achievement the target; and sales business report
• Handling customer complaints
• Evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing progress until achieve the target
• Bachelor Degree Interior Design, Architecture
• 4-5 Years experienced selling high end furniture, kitchen, lighting.
• Wide networking with famous interior designer, contractor, design & build
• Able to operate 2D & 3D Design and calculating quotation
• Able to operate software design using Al tech
