• Having min 2 years of experience in similar TEXTILE / GARMENT INDUSTRY
• Understanding of Fabric Products for Woman Underwear & Loungewear
• Analyzing the trend in the market, strategizing and improving our brand's content
• Planning marketing and brand building campaign based on company's objectives
• Raising brand awareness among current & future customers
• Fluent in Mandarin & English
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Mature, independent, proactive and high integrity
• Have professional knowledge about product development, good negotiation and communication skill
• Able to work as a team but also a self starter
• Hard worker, loyal, honest
• Good attitude & behavior
• Willing to work in Pluit, North Jakarta
