As an RQM & HSE Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include managing quality risks and implementing health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization’s operations. You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks, as well as developing policies and training programs to ensure compliance with regulations and foster a strong safety culture. Collaboration with various teams to enhance performance and sustainability within the organization will also be a vital aspect of this role

Job Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., K3, NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001, or equivalent) are often preferred.
• Relevant work experience in HSE and risk management, typically 2-3 years.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in using HSE management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel to various sites as needed.
• Ability to train and educate staff on HSE practices.
• Able to join ASAP.
