- Be the video talent according to the Editor in Chief's direction
- Create targeted copywriting/descriptions
- Create engaging viewer content (stories and feed)
- Make weekly performance content reports
- Maximum age: 27 years
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or at least 1 year of experience in the creative industry/journalism
- Experienced in producing videos with a smartphone or professional camera
- Attractive appearance and confidence in front of the camera
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English
- Understands the content production flow from concept, briefing, scripting, shooting, editing, revisions, to finishing (If you are not very skilled in editing, that's okay)
- Familiar and active on social media
- Able to analyze trends and understand social media algorithms
- Preferably someone with a high interest in politics, economics, technology, social, and culture
