- Develop and communicate production process schedules based on demand trends, raw material availability, and production machine utilization levels.
- Monitor and report raw material inventory levels for the production process to ensure optimal availability.
- Oversee inventory in the production process, warehouse storage, and incoming goods to ensure a smooth and balanced production process.
- Monitor production capacity and identify the need for facility expansion or additional capacity if required.
- Ensure raw materials comply with the company's quality standards and applicable regulations.
- Ensure all PPIC activities comply with legal and safety standards, especially regarding chemicals and overall production processes.
- Collaborate with Product Development or other departments to achieve company goals related to production and inventory.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
