- Understand PIB, PEB, Notul, HS Code, COO and regulations regarding exports and imports
- Coordinate with agents/forwarders for the shipping licensing process
- Checking draft export and import documents (PEB, PIB, Bill of Landing, Certificate of Origin)
- Monitoring delivery to ensure export import goods arrive on time at the warehouse
- Coordination with PPIC and warehouses, regarding export and import activities
- Create import and export transaction records
- Review paperwork to ensure shipping, storage, and customs fees are billed correctly
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Transportation Management, or related Field
- Freshgraduate or Maximum 2 years of working experience in Export-Import area
- Good understanding of PDE PIB/PEB Module
- Advance skill in Ms. Office
- Able to work independently as well as in team
- Assertive and self-motivated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Preferably certified Ahli Kepabeanan PPJK License
