Job Description
- Has responsibilities in conducting Feasibility Studies, Planning and Design, Project Management, and Environmental Evaluation to be able to develop, and ensure operations can be carried out appropriately and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s presence in the hydro industry, including identifying new markets and business opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and support to business development initiatives, including interpreting technical data, conducting site assessments, and optimizing project designs.
- Conduct research on hydro industry trends, including market demand, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
- Assess the technical feasibility and economic viability of hydroelectric projects, considering factors such as water resources, site conditions, and environmental impact.
Job Requirement

- Fresh graduate or maximum 3 years of experience in related field
- Minimum Master’s degree in Hydrology, Geology, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, proactive thinking, strong learning, and adaptation abilities.
- Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion
- Have strong basic experience in understanding water flow, rainfall patterns, and geographic characteristics in PLTA.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
