Trade Marketing Manager — PT Want Want Indonesia

1. Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
2. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG sector
3. Strong knowledge of financial regulation, accounting standards, and tax laws
4. Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person

Skills :
• Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan for General Trade & Modern Trade in line with sales and marketing objectives to achieve sales targets;
• Collaborate with market execution & sales team to ensure effective execution of trade promotions and in store programs / campaigns;
• Managing the Trade Marketing budget;
• Collaborate with the marketing & sales team to ensure successful launches and activations;
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement;
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer behavior as well as shopper behavior to identify growth opportunities.
