• Good appearance and personality
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Hotel Receptionist
• Fluent in Mandarin (China)
• Good communication skills in English
• Proficient in hotel reservation systems and front office operations
• Friendly, responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
