Zentide is looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Senior Account Manager to drive our agricultural business forward. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, act as a strategic consultant for agricultural solutions, and ensure the continuous growth of our market presence.
Responsibilities :
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including agricultural distributors, large-scale plantation owners, and corporate farming clients.
• Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets in the agricultural sector.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, resolving issues, negotiating contracts, and providing expert advice on Zentide's agricultural products and
solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the internal agronomy, R&D, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific client needs and improve their crop yields.
• Monitor market trends, track competitor activities, and provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the Sales Director.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of proven B2B sales or account management experience, specifically within the agriculture, fertilizer, or agrochemical industry.
• Strong understanding of local agricultural practices, crop cycles, and market dynamics in Indonesia.
• Full professional proficiency in both written and verbal English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent presentation, leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Highly adaptable, target-oriented, and eager to thrive within the fast-paced, dynamic, and agile work climate of a startup.
• Willing to be placed in Praya, Central Lombok, Indonesia, and highly mobile to travel for client visits and fieldwork across regions and country.
