Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards. Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to parents. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Organize and participate in school events and activities. Maintain classroom supplies and ensure a safe learning environment.
