Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash receipts and payments.
- Monitor company cash balances and bank accounts.
- Process and verify payment transactions and supporting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Monitor daily cash flow and outstanding payments.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.
- Prepare treasury and cash flow reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and related departments.
- Maintain proper filing of treasury and payment documents.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance/Treasury.
- Good understanding of cash management, bank reconciliation, and payment processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work accurately under deadlines.
