- Keep the production area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Monitor ingredient usage and minimize production waste.
- Follow daily production schedules and ensure products are completed on time.
- Coordinate with the Pastry Chef and team to support smooth central kitchen operations
- Pendidikan minimal SMK Tataboga / setara
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Pastry / Bread / Croissant
- Memiliki passion terhadap produksi Pastry / European Bread / Roti Manis
- Mampu mengoperasikan dan menggunakan semua peralatan dengan aman dan efisien.
- Sanggup bekerja sama dalam tim dengan baik, mau belajar, dan memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem Shifting
