Responsibilities :
• Manage end-to-end project implementation from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, until project closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery is on time and within scope.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and provide mitigation plans.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates for management and clients.
• Facilitate meetings, project discussions, and communication between stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Support resource planning and project scheduling activities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience managing projects within the IT Consulting, System Integrator, or Technology Services industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycle.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
• Previous experience managing Telco (Telecommunication) projects will be highly preferred.
• Willing to be placed and work at client sites as required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications will be an advantage.
