1. Invoice Processing : Review,verify and process incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and comliance with company policies
2. Payment Processing : Prepare and execute payments to vendors,ensuring timely payment schedule are met
3. Reconciliaton : Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure proper documentation for audit.
4. Assist in preparing accounts payable reports and summaries for management review
5. Ensure compliance with financial policies ,tax regulations and reporting
1. Min 2 -3 Years experience in similiar position
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3. Good communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Positive attitude and energetic personality
5. Able to join immediately
