The Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization. This includes creating financial reports, developing budgets, monitoring cash flow, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. The Finance and Accounting Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Additionally, they will work closely with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles are essential for this role

Job Requirement

Requirements :
1. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) may be preferred
2. Several years of experience in finance and accounting, including management or supervisory experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of financial principles and practices, including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
7. Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
8. Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to long-term financial planning for the organization.
9. Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop staff within the finance department.
