We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our Front Office team at
U Fun Field — Bali's longest zipline outdoor adventure park.
Responsibilities
• Handle guest reservations & check-in
• Respond to guest inquiries via WhatsApp/phone/in person
• Coordinate with operations & F&B teams
• Maintain U Fun Field's hospitality standards
• Min. 1 year experience in FO/Reservations (hotel, restaurant, or tourism)
• Able to communicate in English (spoken & written)
• Friendly, responsive, and comfortable handling domestic & international guests
• Familiar with reservation/POS systems
• Willing to work shifts & weekends
