- Dust furniture, fixtures and equipment to maintain a clean environment
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas regularly
- Ensure waste and recyclables are disposed of properly as well as keeping office spaces neat and tidy
- Run errands including purchasing office supplies, delivering documents and other essential tasks as required.
- Assist with basic office tasks such as photocopying, filing and scanning
- Help set up meeting rooms for events as well as ensuring proper arrangement and cleanliness
- Monitor and maintain office equipment as well as reporting any technical issues to the manager
- Greet visitors and provide basic assistance or direction
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed as well as contributing to the smooth operations of the office
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Excellent in written and spoken English communication
- Proven working experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role
- Ability to lift, carry and move items as needed for office maintenance and assistance tasks
- Strong attention to details to ensure all areas of the office are clean and well-maintained
- Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance and a positive work ethic
- Basic communication skills for interacting with colleagues and visitors
