Key Responsibilities :
• Handle recruitment process for all levels.
• Oversee the Performance Appraisal process and ensure timely evaluations.
• Monitor and manage attendance and employee database.
• Administer BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Manage contract staff and handle KITAS documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Support and implement HR operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as HR admin in the F&B industry, or 5 years as HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Experience with Talenta HRIS is a plus. Thorough and have good communication
• Able to join immediately.
