We are looking for a proactive, communicative, and customer oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service
Responsibilities :
• Responsive to customer inquiries and messages through Whatsapp, social media, and other communication channels
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional information regarding products, orders, quotations, and service
• Follow up with customer and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant teams when needed
• Assist customers throughout the ordering and delivery process
• Maintain professional written communication in both Indonesian and English
• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in related fields
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; English Proficiency Certification is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in tools such as WhatsApp Business, Excel, Word, Accurate, and professional email communication
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask
• Previous experience in Customer Service or related fields is preferred
