Admin Production — De Heus Indonesia

• Create production planning for daily produce in line with commercial forecast
• Coordinate with formulator to get the right formula for each ratio that will be produce daily based on forecasting
• Coordinate with warehouse to make sure all the raw material needed are available
• Coordinate with warehouse to follow up finished good stock that will be one of the factors to decide what and how many feed will be produce daily
• Coordinate with production to decide line that will be used for each ratio
• Ensure plant performance report is complete (production report, maintenance report, warehouse report, and premix report)
• Gives suggestion to production and warehouse department about work adjustment in production process
• Coordinates with production department about production process, analysis of depreciation production process reports, capacity analysis of Batching, Pellet, Hammermill, Bagging; overtime analysis
• Coordinates with maintenance department about preventive maintenance schedule, analysis of boiler consumption reports, analysis of spare part consumption reports; overtime analysis
• Coordinates with purchasing department about raw material needed, bag and feed ticket
• Coordinates with warehouse department about analysis of cut off reports, warehouse capacity, overtime analysis
• Coordinates with marketing department about order of feed, daily sales, costumer complain
• Coordinates with QC/ Lab department about feed specifications, Bag and feed ticket specifications
• Coordinates with nutritionist about feed formulation and substitute formulation
• Coordinates with accounting about staging, SO, accounting, and monthly closing report
• Coordinates with other factory about capacity and downtime report
• Coordinates with outsourcing about overtime
• Work safely according to work procedures
• Take corrective action when encountering unsafe conditions or unsafe acts and report them to superiors
• Ensure members under his/her supervision are healthy and safe during work
• Ensure that the work environment is clean, tidy, safe, and free from hazards
• Ensure emergency response equipment is available and ready for use
