• Manpower planning (unloading and storage) and ensure follow the planning
• Scheduling for forklift maintenance working together with maintenance
• Ensure all tools needed for unloading and space for raw material is ready (forklift, loader, etc.)
• Supervise implementation of finished good flow, stock and recording
• Supervise the team to keep buffer stock in a good condition
• Ensure all material will be unload after OC confirmation
• Make sure that all administration in line with SOP
• Regularly do raw material stock opname and compare it with recording to validate the actual stock for raw material
• Coordinate with production department concern of use raw material to ensure that all raw material will be use as FIFO (First in First Out)
• Supervise unloading raw material to make sure the quality in line with company standard
• Ensure that raw material stock position at least at buffer stock and in a good condition
• Do regular physical inspection for all material area and coordinate with maintenance team to do preventive and corrective action
• Ensure that raw material stocks do not decrease in the slightest
• Produce daily and weekly raw material stock report
• Execute and monitor all the activities related to health, safety, and environment (HSE)
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role, preferably in the feedmill or agricultural industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge in warehouse management
• Understand and implement ISO 22000: 2018 & HACCP Willing to work in Grobogan, Central Java
