• Oversee and manage crop growth and development
• Identify and manage pests and diseases using sustainable practices.
• Provide guidance and technical advice to staff and farmers on best practices.
• Collect, analyze, and report data on crop performance and environmental factors.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and standards.
• Assist with research and development to enhance farming practices and sustainability.
• A minimum of a S1 degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in greenhouse cultivation
• Experience in cultivating horticultural crops such as bell peppers preferred, with a background in agriculture-related fields (e.g., Agronomy, Horticulture, etc.)
• Proficiency in operating cultivation environment control systems (e.g., ventilation, irrigation, heating, and cooling systems)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for english.
• Willingness to travel and work in field locations.
